A: Our acquisitions come from a variety of resources that include:

- Other Guerrilla Strategies
- Direct Mail Campaigns
- Internet Marketing
- Industry contacts
- Direct Relationships With Banks & REO Agents
- Etc, etc. etc.
…and an ENORMOUS amount of working hours spent offering, analyzing, and negotiating.
Q: Why Should You Acquire Properties from EquityTeam?
A: There are a lot of answers to this question so let's get started:
- What's your time worth? Utilizing our acquisition efforts and EquityTeam's investing services allows you to avoid the aspects of the real estate business that you hate, and simply focus on what you enjoy. We always have a feel on the pulse of the market. That means we'll always be delivering deals to our clients at, or usually below what other investors are currently paying for similar properties. Bottom line is that even if you don't acquire properties through EquityTeam, you could pay more for a similar deal (we see it happen ALL the time).
